And the worst part is that it might not come out how you imagined you’d say it.

Man, I have enough coins for that messenger bag and it’s looking NICE.
If nothing more sweet shows up at the beginning of the month, that’s gonna be my self appointed birthday present.
I…I’d really like my girlfriend to dye her hair (like pink or blue dye, man), because that sort of the thing is very attractive. But it’s fine if she doesn’t want to or anything. It’s not like I’d like her any less for not doing it.
But anyways, my bra keeps edging me on to make her do it.
It’s great. Thanks, pal. That wasn’t sarcasm!
And…yeah. Noelle, your hair looks great, and go look up Egoraptor on youtube.
I just finished the demo. A few things:
1. I remembered how scared I am of games like Resident Evil. My heart is pounding out of my chest! The adreniline is rushing! Maybe I’m a big baby, but it was kinda scary!
2. The gameplay and camera control was EXCELLENT. Without the circle pad pro, I wasn’t able to look around corners, but that added to the suspense! The creepy set is great!
3. I can see why Nintendo put a limit on this demo…it was great! I’m pumped for the release, even if I am really scared!!
The demo is free, available on the eshop, and a huge load of fun. It took up a ton of memory, but check it out! Let me know what you thought of it!
4. I wrote all this on my 3DS browser. It’s great…does anyone even do this?

Finally! About time, Nintendo.
The confirmed games we have so far are:
Resident Evil: Revelations
Rhythm Phantom Thief and the Emperor’s Treasure
Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games
Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3DI’ll probably be getting all of them except Olympic Games….
Metal Gear Solid 3 AND Resident Evil: Revelations?!!
It’s not even my birthday yet! OOOOH, NINTENDO!!
Right, yeah, but then Congress can override his veto. Unless support from the bill completely collapses.
I FIGURED OUT HOW TO TYPE IN THE TEXT BOX ON A 3DS.
HEEEEEELLLL YESSSSSSS
English Dub for the win.
Time to get Netflix on my 3DS.
EDIT Nevermind, Netflix lied to me. I guess I’ll have to watch Anime instead….
“Zelda I am home now, and I am looking so handsome and also I just vanquished Demise?”
“OOH LINK OOH”
“Let’s do it”
“Yes”
“And I will leave my hat on.”
Meanwhile, in a 20 century radius of this event.

Hey.
Hey, you.
This game isn’t being rushed to completion.
The lack of dual stick controls doesn’t mean the game is crappy and rushed.
This is just the control scheme.
Just go get the Circle Pad Pro.
I never said it was a rushed game. If it were indeed rushed, it would have been out sometime in the fall of last year, rather than being delayed until Q1 2012.
The cynic in me thinks the delay was done so that developers could tack on the Circle Pad Pro “Left-Handed Saving Mechanism” to spare themselves from criticism. Had they not offered this alternative to lefties, it would be like… playing Skyward Sword! :D
I put 75 hours into Skyward Sword. The controls were very good, in my opinion, but they proved a trifle difficult for me sometimes because I was swinging a right-handed sword with my left hand. This is not a post damning Kid Icarus, or calling it a crap game. This is a post expressing…distaste with my favorite gaming company, the self-proclaimed kings of motion control & stylus-based gaming, for continuing to leave left-handed people with little more than… a tacked-on alternative.
If they had delayed it a little longer in order to kill off stylus-based aiming, its relevance might have begun to fade. But I promise you a million reviewers who are far less forgiving than I will take the game to the cleaners because of the way it controls when it hits store shelves.
There’s just no room for precision when you have a stylus in one hand and you’re using the other to toggle a joystick.
A game’s presentation and level design are integral to its success, but nothing is more important than the way a game controls. It’s why opinions of Skyward Sword are so polarized. Some are willing to cope with its controls despite their many flaws, and some would deem an otherwise wonderful game unplayable.
But to be quite honest, my friend… Kid Icarus just doesn’t look good to me. I was willing to give it a chance, but… the concept that sparked this post was the final thing that turned me away. I have better games to spend my money on, like Heroes of Ruin, Resident Evil, and Kingdom Hearts… and for those games, I’ll never take the stylus out of its hiding place (I hope).
Alright, yeah, okay, I see where you’re coming from. My bad for misunderstanding a bit! The comparison with Skyward Sword was good, and you seem to have REAL experience with the game (75 hours…!!). I do understand where your opinion stems from.
Resident Evil, Kingdom Hearts, MGS3D…they are all games with a background of more ‘classic’ controls, so naturally it is preferable to keep those controls. Kid Icarus:Uprising has no such background, so it surprises me a bit to see written opinions like this. I do understand where it stems from now, though, so sorry if I came off like an arrogant fanboy!
While everyone else is like
You’re just like, “Hold up bitches, I got this.”
And you come at that thing like
Then if it actually works you’re like
But if it doesn’t you’re like

accurate!
And it has to be the cartridge Nintendo generation.
Because you don’t do that with GC. Ever.
